Bachelors in Theology

Total Credit Hour for Award of Degree: 120

Duration of course: 3 years, could be more at your own pace.

Minimum entry requirement:

Applicants must pass Grade 12 examination, approved for secondary school leavers in the United States of America or equivalent in host country. Applicants must have a minimum of five credit  in English Language, Christian Religious Studies and three other subjects.

Applicants must pass the entrance examination set by the Seminary.

Purpose of Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education

To provide a Christian-based learning experience

The course prepare students that will  serve the local church and will be involved directly in the Christian education ministry such as Youth Ministry,  Sunday School Directorate, Children  Education Ministry

The objectives of Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education

Students graduating with Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education will:

Demonstrate competence in the working knowledge of the Bible.

Exhibit understanding of essentials of effective communication.

Exhibit knowledge of Biblical foundation for the Christian Education ministry as found in the Old and New Testaments.

Be equipped with the basic foundation in the historical, technical, social and psychological aspects of education.

Exhibit characteristics of a committed Christian, a disciple, growing with the local church, with direct involvement in the Chris- tian education ministry within the local church body.

Demonstrate competence in writing long essay on Christian  religious  education .
