Purpose of the Program

The purpose of this study is to provide opportunity for bachelor degree holders in theology an

advanced training and research skills that will deepen theological and Christian spiritual practices.

Learning Objectives

Exhibit ability to explain and establish all Christian beliefs and practices from Biblical perspective and ascertain what the Bible teaches.
Demonstrate knowledge in critical thinking, communicate effectively in the church and on behalf of the Church.
Demonstrate clearly ability to interpret the Scripture with a view to reject all heresies, all unsound philosophies and unwholesome theological views.
Demonstrate ability to apply practical application of the theological teaching of Scripture to church doctrine, rules and regulations as well as individuals.
Demonstrate ability to carry out research and publish findings that may be of value the field of theology.
Submit a dissertation/thesis (depending on the terminology in your country).

Admissions Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in in theology, pastoral theology, pastoral studies or related discipline with a second class upper division obtained from a university accredited by the applicant country’s ministry of education and all necessary regulatory authorities. Candidates with less certification can also apply and will be accessed on merit.
